IMPORTANT NOTICE: Technical glitches affecting systems
The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is aware of the current frustrations experienced by our stakeholders and humbly apologises for the inconvenience caused. Systems currently affected are broker accreditation, complaints, and customer care telephone systems.
Our ICT Division is working around the clock to fix all system-related issues at hand. The load-shedding factor has also adversely contributed to the intermittent network connectivity challenges over and above system-related issues. Once there is solid confirmation that all systems are functioning adequately, CMS will respond to the affected parties.
