Circular 22 of 2024: Imposition of levies for Medical Schemes 2024/25

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) published an extraordinary notice in Government Gazette 50629 on 8 May 2024 on the imposition of levies on medical schemes for the 2024/25 financial year.

The levy being imposed is at the rate determined in the previous levy year. Once the relevant authorities have approved the new levy, a notice indicating the adjustment will be published.
