Circular 23 of 2024: Proposed amalgamation between CompCare medical scheme and Suremed Health

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) hereby gives notice to the public that the Registrar has, in terms of Section 63(6)(c) of the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998), declined to confirm the proposed exposition in respect of an amalgamation between CompCare Medical Scheme and Suremed Health.
