Circular 12 of 2026: Notification of registration of medical schemes

In terms of section 25 of the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998), the Registrar hereby confirms the details of medical schemes registered for the 2026 calendar year, as published in Government Gazette Notice No. 54417, dated 27 March 2026.

Stakeholders are requested to note the contents of the Gazette, accessible here.

Stakeholders are further advised that the list of medical schemes registered for the 2026 calendar year is available on the Council for Medical Schemes website at the link provided here.
