Circular 8 of 2021: Categorisation of assets in terms of Annexure B to the Regulations

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has finalised guidelines on the categorisation of assets in terms of Regulation 30 of the Medical Schemes Act, No. 131 of 1998 (the Act) read in conjunction with Annexure B to the Regulations. The classification of assets is based on information available to CMS.
