Circular 65 of 2021: Bonitas Medical Fund and Nedgroup Medical Aid Scheme merge

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) hereby confirms the merger of Bonitas Medical Fund and Nedgroup Medical Aid Scheme effective from 1 January 2022.

The Registrar of Medical Schemes confirmed the exposition in terms of Section 63(6)(a) of the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998) for the transaction to be concluded.
