CMS withdraws Brokerage Accreditation Certification
The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) hereby warns the public to act with caution regarding Ms. Jane Miranda Makae and Tholwana Healthcare Services (Pty) Ltd (“THS”). Ms. Makae was accredited as a healthcare broker in her individual capacity in terms of the Medical Schemes Act.131 of 1998 (“the Act”), under Br 1609, providing broker services as “THS,” and duly accredited entity under Org 3190, in terms of the Act.
