The CMS is excited to announce a comprehensive line-up of training and development programmes designed to equip Healthcare Brokers, Board of Trustee members, and industry professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the dynamic landscape of medical schemes effectively.
Trustee Induction Training
These sessions will guide newly appointed members of the Board of Trustees (BoTs) of OPEN and CLOSED medical schemes. They cover important topics such as compliance, accreditation, and financial soundness of medical schemes. Additionally, BOTs will be briefed on the process of complaints and adjudication.
