Circular 8 of 2025: Confirmation of the amalgamation between Sisonke Health and Lonmin Medical Schemes

Pursuant to the decision of the Appeals Board in October 2024, which set aside the initial determination of this Office, the Registrar hereby gives notice, in terms of Section 63(6)(a) of the Medical Schemes Act, No. 131 of 1998, that the amalgamation between Sisonke Health and Lonmin Medical Scheme has been confirmed effective from 1 April 2025.
