Circular 57 of 2022: Extension for submitting comments on Low-Cost Benefit Option (LCBO) Framework Report and Risk Assessment & Roadmap

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) issued Circular 53 of 2022, in which it solicits comments on the proposed Low-Cost Benefit Option (LCBO) Framework Report and the Draft Risk Assessment Report. In response to several requests from industry stakeholders, CMS has extended the time for public comment. This will allow all interested parties, including the public, to effectively consult and engage with the report.

Revised Deadline

The revised submission deadline is Wednesday, 30 November 2022, at 23:59, and submissions must be sent to lcbo@medicalschemes.co.za.
