Circular 34 of 2024: Imposition of approved levies for medical schemes 2024/25

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has published a general notice 2657 of 2024 in Government Gazette No. 50986 on the imposition of approved levies for medical schemes for the 2024/25 financial year.

The notice on the imposition of levies in general notice 2454 of 2024 in Government Gazette No. 50629, dated 10 May 2024, stated that once the new levy is approved, the Council for Medical Schemes will adjust the levy already imposed on medical schemes.
