Circular 21 of 2025: Imposition of approved levies for medical schemes 2025/26

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has published an extraordinary notice in Government Gazette No. 52937 on 03 July 2025 on the imposition of approved levies for medical schemes for the 2025/26 financial year.

The notice on the imposition of levies in general notice 3181 of 2025 in Government Gazette No. 52604, dated 09 May 2025, stated that once the new levy is approved, the CMS will adjust the levy already imposed on medical schemes.
