Circular 15 of 2025: Imposition of levies for Medical Schemes 2025/26

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has published a general notice in Government Gazette 52604 on 9 May 2025 regarding the imposition of levies on medical schemes for the 2025/26 financial year.

The levy currently being imposed is based on the rate determined in the previous levy year. Once the new levy is approved by the relevant authorities, a notice indicating the adjustment will be published.
