Circular 12 of 2025: Financial Annual Statutory Returns for the financial year ended 31 December 2024

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has finalised the 2024 Financial Annual Statutory Return online system. Please click here to access it.

Deadlines
Please note the following deadlines for the electronic submission of the 2024 Annual Statutory Returns:
• Part 1 changes must be finalised by 23 May 2025.
• The electronically signed submission of the full Annual Statutory Return via the statutory return portal must be completed by 13 June 2025.
