Circular 8 of 2022: Updated Managed Care Protocol Guideline

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) wishes to inform stakeholders that the Managed Care Protocol Guideline has been updated following the publication of the updated Managed Care Accreditation Standards in January 2020 (Circular 1 of 2020).

Medical schemes and managed care organisations are urged to consider the guideline when developing and implementing managed care protocols.
