Circular 44 of 2023: Healthcare Utilisation Annual Statutory Return Notice
The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) hereby publishes this notice to inform you about the delays in validating the submitted Healthcare Utilisation data due to technical issues. Our teams are working hard to get level 3 validation up and running, and we will update you as soon as this issue is resolved. In the interim, medical schemes are required to submit the data as per Circular 39 of 2023 and are required to pass level 2 validation by 03 November 2023. CMS will issue Validation Level 3 results by 10 November 2023.
