Circular 41 of 2024: Financial Annual Statutory Returns Word document and revised submission date for 2023

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has finalised the Word document for the 2023 Financial Annual Statutory Return, which is now available for schemes to request on our website.

Please note that the revised deadlines for the electronic submission of the 2023 Annual Statutory Return are as follows:

• Electronically signed submission of the Annual Statutory Return via the statutory return portal must occur by 4 October 2024.
Please refer to the submission requirements per Circular 30 of 2024.
