Circular 38 of 2021: Authorisation of Auditors and IFRS advisors

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) would like to inform auditors and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advisors that the online Auditor Authorisations and Approval Portal is now available on our website, https://www.medicalschemes.co.za for 2021 applications.

Kindly take note of specified deadlines below and the application process.

Please note that in 2021, the 2018 cycle of authorisations will be expiring and all audit firms, individual auditors and IFRS advisors authorisations that are expiring in 2021 should renew their authorisation.
