Circular 19 of 2026: Imposition of approved levies for Medical Schemes 2026/27

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) has published Government Gazette No. 54929 on 26 June 2026, on the approved levies for medical schemes for the 2026/27 financial year.

The notice on the approved levies published in Government Gazette No. 54417, dated 20 February 2026, stated that once the new rate is approved, the CMS would adjust the levy already imposed on medical schemes.
