2026 CMS Member Awareness Survey
Every year, the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) conducts a Member Awareness Survey to hear directly from medical scheme members and learn how we can improve our communication and support.
As the regulator of the medical schemes industry, CMS works to protect members and ensure that you understand your rights and benefits. Your feedback helps us understand how familiar members are with CMS and the services we provide, and it also allows us to track how our communication efforts are improving over time.
